| Guidelines for Registration |
| 1. Registration |
|
Registration can be done on-line, by fax or mail. Please register on or before 31 October 2004.
Applicants are encouraged to register early to ensure their participation (slots are limited). A confirmation of registration will be sent as soon as possible.

| 2. Participants |
Participants should belong to one of the following categories:
-
Representatives of OFW associations and groups;
-
Representative of organizations catering to Filipinos migrants;
-
Representatives of migrant NGOs in the Philippines;
-
Representatives of international NGOs dealing with migrants;
-
Representatives of GOs and International Organizations (as observers).

| 3. Payment |
PMRW will shoulder all the conference expenses (venue, meals and materials); participants will be responsible for airfares and accommodation. The PMRW Secretariat will be pleased to provide information on accommodation in Manila (please inquire for special rates in the Bayview Park Hotel Manila).
